Live2D (Vtuber) Models

Details

Art base rate includes: Model art as a PSD file that's ready for rigging in live2D. Ready for basic movement (facial features, head, hair, shoulders, legs, clothes etc.) Not included: Capabilities for complex movement like hands or fingers, etc.

Rigging base rate includes: Live2D model files. Facial features, head movement, basic body and clothes movement. The model can blink, open mouth, smile, move eyebrows, turn head in any direction, etc. 2 special expressions included (for example angry or scared).

Not included: More than 2 expressions, arm or hand movement (other than at the shoulder), other special animations, etc.

Terms of service

  • By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

  • I have a right to decline your commission.

  • I may work on your commission on stream, unless you ask me not to.

  • I may use the finished work in my portfolio and for marketing my services.

  • The usual commission process is the following:

    • When you contact me for a commission I'll give you an estimate for the price and once you agree on it, I will start sketching based on the references provided. I'll send you an invoice when I show you the sketch, at the latest. At this point you can request changes. You will receive the final, high resolution art once you have paid the invoice. At this stage only small changes are possible without an extra charge.

    • If you want last minute changes on your commission after it's finished or nearly finished, I may ask you to pay an extra fee.

    • Commissions over 50€ can be paid in parts, for example half when I start working and half once I'm done with the commission.

  • If you choose to cancel the commission after I have started to work on it, I may refuse to refund any payments you have made so far -- it's only fair that I get paid for my work even if you change your mind.

    • If a significant portion of the work on the commission has been completed (about 80% or so) and you decide to cancel, you must pay me for the whole price we agreed upon for the commission.

  • After you have paid for the commission, you may use the art for noncommercial purposes and certain commercial purposes.

    • Allowed commercial purposes include: Streaming assets and other streaming purposes, social media posts, general advertising purposes, monetized videos (such as youtube videos).

    • Prohibited commercial purposes: NFT's, merch (such as selling the art as a print), resale.

  • If you want to use the art for a prohibited commercial purpose, contact me and we can negotiate an agreement with appropriate compensation. If you're not sure if the purpose is prohibited or not, contact me.

  • It's up to the client to check whether these terms of service have changed before commissioning. The TOS that applies to your commission is the one that was in use at the time of your commission inquiry (meaning that if I change my TOS while working on your commission, that change doesn't apply to your commission).
